The apartment is also easily accessible by lift from the underground car park. The building’s entrance area is wheelchair-accessible.

The bright and airy apartment features very modern and high-quality furnishings. The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The spacious living-dining area features a large kitchenette. In addition to a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with grill, and a microwave, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle by designer Russell Hobbs, plus an extensive selection of dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, a Nespresso capsule machine, and an egg cooker. Furthermore, the living-dining area is furnished with a modern sofa bed featuring an integrated full-size mattress (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a dining table that seats up to six people. A modern flat-screen TV by Metz, a DVD player, a CD player with radio and iPod docking station, free Wi-Fi, and a small selection of music CDs and DVDs round out the entertainment options. The balcony is furnished with a modern seating/dining set for up to four people.

The bedroom, which faces the spa gardens, features a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), ample storage space, and another flat-screen TV with an additional DVD player. The modern bathroom features high-quality tiles and fixtures, underfloor heating, and a towel warmer (wall-mounted radiator). The rain shower with a designer drain channel is separated from the rest of the room by a glass wall and is tiled flush with the floor. A built-in radio rounds out the amenities in this naturally lit bathroom. The entire apartment features solid wood parquet flooring. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and pleated blinds. Light fixtures coordinated throughout the entire apartment, with their dimmable bulbs, create a pleasant, cosy atmosphere.

An underground parking space, your own lockable basement storage room, and a shared basement storage area are at your disposal. Two bicycles are available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

If you’d like to spend your holiday with your children, a high chair and a travel cot for toddlers are available in the apartment at no charge.
