Welcome to Haus Parkblick, Apartment 5!

This comfortable one-room apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring a south-facing balcony and a view of the spa gardens, is located on the mezzanine level and accommodates two people.
The living/sleeping area features a cosy built-in double bed (180x200m), cable TV, and a radio.
The new kitchenette, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, rounds out the amenities.
The dining area, which seats up to 2 people, is perfect for a cosy breakfast. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A parking space is available behind the house. The complex has a bike shed. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement. Wi-Fi is available! One dog is allowed in the apartment! Non-smoking apartment!

This charming and well-maintained holiday home is very popular with guests of all ages. A family-friendly 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a south-facing terrace. All 1- and 2-room apartments feature beautiful balconies and are tastefully and comfortably furnished. Mängel gab es für mich nur im Bad / Duschkabine. Auch ein neuer Teppich bzw.Teppichreinigung wäre nicht schlecht. Es waren schöne Tage und komme gerne wieder!
