Welcome to the well-maintained and quiet "Linda-Lu" apartment complex.


This beautiful 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and measures approximately 80 m². It is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and features a balcony facing north/west, so you can wind down at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine on the balcony.


The living room features a cosy seating area with a comfortable armchair and a corner leather couch, a high-quality dining set for 4 people, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a flat-screen TV. The windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and electric exterior roller shutters.


The integrated open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, De’Longhi Nespresso Inissia EN 80.B (high-pressure pump, energy-saving function, compact design, black), electric kettle, and toaster.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, 2 nightstands, a TV, and an exterior roller shutter. The shower room, which you reach via the hallway, is equipped with a double sink with an illuminated mirror cabinet, a floor-to-ceiling shower (1.20 m x 1.00 m) with an overhead and handheld showerhead, a cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer, and toilet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), TV, two nightstands, and an exterior roller shutter. Adjacent to this is a second shower room with a sink and illuminated mirror cabinet, a walk-in shower with overhead and handheld showerheads, a towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. A complimentary set of toiletries, consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap, is available.


A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the communal basement. It is located right next to the garages. Bicycles can be parked free of charge in the garage on the right.

During the 2026 season, from May 15 through September 15, a beach chair is available free of charge at the "Hampton am North-Beach" beach chair rental on the beach.
You can also relax in the well-maintained garden area, which features a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a cosy pavilion.

Take advantage of our well-maintained garden area for relaxation, featuring a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a cosy gazebo. Children and pets are welcome here.

Our property is quietly situated in the magnificent landscape of Schleswig-Holstein, close to both the sea and the forest. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can use the Ostsee-Card to take a comfortable, discounted ride to the beach—and back, of course. Alternatively, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Ostsee-Therme spa and the golf course are approximately 2.5 km away. An ideal starting point for all your adventures.

Look forward to 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments, some of which have been completely refurnished with attention to detail, featuring a balcony (with the exception of Apartment 07) or a terrace, ranging in size from 29 m² to 75 m².

Each apartment features a kitchen—some with a dishwasher—a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome in the apartments with terraces.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the communal basement.
