Welcome to this 45 m² two-room apartment in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. It is located on the mezzanine level and can accommodate two people.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. From here, you can access the modern, separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

You can enjoy your breakfast on the furnished balcony facing northeast while breathing in the wonderful Baltic Sea air.

The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed (160 cm x 200 cm; full-length mattress) and blackout blinds, so you can rest up at night after a day of holiday. The closet in the hallway offers plenty of space for your clothes. An ironing board and iron are provided for your use.

The small but charming bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

Pets are not allowed here.

A parking space is reserved for you at the building.

A bakery, shopping, and the town centre are just a 3–5-minute walk away. The indoor pool is practically right at your feet, where you can take a dip in the warm seawater even on cooler days.

The beautiful harbour is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Watch the fishing boats and small yachts, or enjoy a delicious holiday meal at one of the many restaurants.

A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a good 20 kilometres away, is always worthwhile.
Try the famous Niederegger marzipan or stroll through the Holstentor into the Old Town with its cobblestone streets and wonderful gabled houses.
