The 2-room apartment is approximately 60 square metres and is located in the heart of Niendorf, very close to the stylish pier. The modern and tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground floor of the new building.
The building itself has an lift, which you can use to reach the apartment from the underground car park.

The living room is furnished with a cosy corner sleeper sofa (120 x 190 cm), as well as a dining table for 4 people and a large, modern kitchenette. The entire living and sleeping area can be darkened using electric exterior blinds. You’ll also find light-colored pleated blinds!
The brightly decorated room welcomes you with a modern flat-screen TV and a sound system to which you can connect your smartphone (Bluetooth). After a long day at the beach, you can pop in a Blu-ray DVD in the evening and wind down the day with your loved ones.
Before that, however, we recommend that the home cooks among you prepare the fresh fish in the kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table.
The kitchen’s amenities should suit everyone’s needs. A 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven are at your disposal. The refrigerator also features a freezer compartment for ice cream for dessert. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker are part of the basic amenities. You also have the option of using the Senseo coffee machine. You’re welcome to use the microwave as well. Once you’re done cooking, you can easily load the dishes into the dishwasher.

You can also access the patio from the living room. Even in high season, the patio offers warm afternoon and evening sun! The patio is furnished with a table for four people and chairs. You’re also welcome to use the provided seat cushions to make yourself especially comfortable. A patio umbrella is available for your use.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm single mattresses); the electric exterior shutters allow you to completely darken this room as well. Light-colored pleated blinds are also installed here for privacy. To help you fall asleep, you’re welcome to use the second flat-screen TV, which sits on a movable TV stand. A large wardrobe is just the thing for a longer stay near the beach.

The walk-in shower is equipped with a cosmetic mirror. There’s plenty of storage space for your toiletries, and a towel rack is also provided.
In the apartment’s hallway, there’s a small storage room with a dryer and a washing machine—you might even be able to store your luggage here. You’re welcome to use the ironing board provided; a patio umbrella is also available here.

In addition, the entire apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating and is wheelchair-accessible, as you can get from the underground car park all the way to the shower without having to climb a single step. Please note: You’ll need to navigate a small step to reach the terrace.

You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the lockable bike shed located on the property.
For the little ones among you, there’s an extra treat if the beach gets too crowded or you just want to let them run around for a bit in the evening: There’s a small play area at the back of the building that you’re welcome to use!

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
