1860’s cabin in the quiet town of Levan.

Located just 9 minutes South of Nephi, in the quiet little town of Levan sits this 1860’s cabin. The city park, splash pad & baseball field are right out the back door. Levan canyon only a few short minutes up the road & Yuba reservoir only 15 minutes away, it’s a great place to bring your atv’s, or head to the lake for the day. Needing lunch or dinner, there’s a grill 2 blocks away at the local gas station. With Nephi close by, it’s easy to attend events.
This cabin will comfortably sleep 4. When you open the door and step in you’ll feel like you’re walking into a place that’s been frozen in time. It’s a perfect place to come and unwind. Enjoy the new hot tub on the wrap around porch, overlooking the grassy side yard and town park.
In the kitchen you’ll find yourself surrounded by vintage appliances, but the cool thing is… they all work great. You can cook on the old stove, and enjoy your meal at the bar. The mini fridge has a freezer in the top, so bring your ice cream for dessert if you’d like.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, a cool old sink, and plenty of hot water to get cleaned up.
There’s 1 queen size bed that’s ready for you when you’re ready for it. There are lamps on each nightstand if you’re wanting to dive into a book before bed.
