About this property
1860’s cabin in the quiet town of Levan.
Located just 9 minutes South of Nephi, in the quiet little town of Levan sits this 1860’s cabin. The city park, splash pad & baseball field are right out the back door. Levan canyon only a few short minutes up the road & Yuba reservoir only 15 minutes away, it’s a great place to bring your atv’s, or head to the lake for the day. Needing lunch or dinner, there’s a grill 2 blocks away at the local gas station. With Nephi close by, it’s easy to attend events. This cabin will comfortably sleep 4. When you open the door and step in you’ll feel like you’re walking into a place that’s been frozen in time. It’s a perfect place to come and unwind. Enjoy the new hot tub on the wrap around porch, overlooking the grassy side yard and town park. In the kitchen you’ll find yourself surrounded by vintage appliances, but the cool thing is… they all work great. You can cook on the old stove, and enjoy your meal at the bar. The mini fridge has a freezer in the top, so bring your ice cream for dessert if you’d like. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, a cool old sink, and plenty of hot water to get cleaned up. There’s 1 queen size bed that’s ready for you when you’re ready for it. There are lamps on each nightstand if you’re wanting to dive into a book before bed. The couch folds out into a queen size bed also so you can all have a place to sleep. You’ll be able to see the tv from both of the beds if you want to turn on a mov

Adorable log cabin with all the amenities including air conditioning! Super neat wrap around porch and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this cute cabin and host. There is a horse pasture behind the cabin with some very friendly horses. Thank you so much for sharing your property.
Perfect little cabin that met our needs for a weekend of baseball! We will definitely be staying here again. Host was excellent to work with and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay.

Why they chose this property
The town park is right out the back door of the cabin. It’s a beautiful park with big mature trees, a splash pad, baseball fields, and rodeo grounds all within walking distance of the cabin.
What makes this property unique
This cabin sits on a 1/2 acre. There’s horses, and chickens on the back half, and a great view of the town park. The wraparound porch gives you plenty of space and shade to hangout and relax. This cabin was moved from Deseret to Levan in 1868 by George Henry Pierce. It sat on the corner of 4th East and 1st South and was moved again to a property near the fire station in the late 1990’s. In 2024 I moved it 4 blocks to where it sits now, and gave it a life again.
