The Kurpromenade 6 Apartment 5 is located in a prime spot in the well-known town of Timmendorfer Strand and offers 135 m² of spacious, comfortable living space for up to 4 people, with a view of the new spa park and a partial ocean view.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building and is easily accessible via an lift.

With a total of 3 rooms, including 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room, the apartment offers a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families or couples travelling together.
The spacious, east-facing living room is equipped with modern amenities such as a TV, a corner sofa, a hi-fi system, and a DVD and CD player. The dining area is open and inviting, located within the living room. Three TVs provide entertainment flexibility, so every guest can enjoy their favourite channel.

The adjacent high-quality kitchen, featuring an open counter leading into the living area, is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to a 4-burner ceramic stove and a dishwasher, you’ll also find a large side-by-side refrigerator and a separate freezer. A Senseo coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils are provided. This allows you to easily prepare your own meals and enjoy cosy meals together at the dining table. The storage room also includes a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, ensuring you’ll feel completely at home even during longer stays.

In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack, a full-length mirror, and a shoe rack.

The first bedroom features a double bed with two separate mattresses (0.90 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom also features a double bed with two separate mattresses (0.80 m x 2.00 m).

The apartment features two modern bathrooms, allowing for comfortable shared use.
One of the bathrooms is equipped with a walk-in shower, bidet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror—so you can start your day feeling relaxed and refreshed.
The second bathroom also features a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.

A special bonus is the spacious, furnished balcony off the living room facing east, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and sunny hours. Another balcony is accessible from the first bedroom.
The electric awning on the balcony off the second bedroom provides pleasant shade on warm days.

From May 1-15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.

A bicycle storage room is available.
Two bicycles are available for your use free of charge (not included in the contract; use at your own risk).

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in the event of disruptions or outages).
The apartment is located directly above "Gosch"; this may result in odours and noise.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Dogs are allowed here upon request.

We provide laundry packages free of charge.
Please note: The seafood restaurant "Gosch" is located directly below the apartment.

Shopping options are just 60 metres away, and the town centre is a convenient 200-meter walk. The train station is about 1,600 metres away and is also easily accessible.
