Villa Luka is the ideal place for a family vacation. Aside from being beautifully built and decorated, the location is just perfect. A car is not necessary as a short walk leads directly to the sea and the center of Fazana. In the center of Fazana there is a long pebble beach, a few shops and many good local fish restaurants. Brijuni National Park is just a 10-minute ferry ride away. From the balcony on the first floor you have also a small sea view and a view on the popular Brijuni National Park Islands.

The villa is located in a large, beautifully landscaped garden with an irrigation system. There are also two covered parking spaces in front of the house.

The beautiful swimming pool in the garden invites you to spend pleasant hours in the sun. You can also grill and prepare delicious meals outdoors. The dining table for 8 people has a beautiful view of the pool and promises pleasant evenings with family and friends.

There are 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, a sauna with a shower.

All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and a TV. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, making the villa even more suitable for families with children. The dining and living room is also on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the terrace and relax by the pool on the sun loungers. Children have their own fun area - a little house and playground made just for them. For more fun and activities you can go cycling (we offer 2 free bikes at the villa but you can rent of course more) or play table tennis & table football. After a great ride or a game, relax in the sauna located on the ground floor.



The town of Fazana is proud of its fishing tradition and incredible atmosphere. Fazana is only 5 km away from Pula, which is known for many events and events. Brijuni National Park, known as "Heaven on Earth" - abounds in numerous, very beautiful beaches, pine forests where various animals live, restaurants by the sea, it is a perfect place for rest and relaxation.

Perfect family holiday villa in Fazana

The villa was spacious and well appointed. Lots of lovely touches such as pool inflatables, table tennis and table football for the children. A well stocked kitchen with all the crockery, glasses etc that we needed . It was all well maintained. The villa cleaners and pool cleaners were friendly and efficient. The agency staff very helpful and pleasant. A knife sharpener would have been useful

Perfect Place for a Family Holiday

The villa was a great size for our 3 generation family holiday - 5 adults and 2 children. The villa was immaculately clean, as was the outside area. The pool was a great size and also spotlessly clean. The outdoor barbecue and dining area were lovely and it was so nice to have breakfast outside every morning. The beach and promenade was easy walking distance - about 10 minutes, and the nearest supermarket about a 20 minute walk. Overall we had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Luka - we would love to return for another stay! A very minor thing - but some milk in the fridge would have been very welcome on arrival as, just like a true Brit, we couldn't wait for a cup of tea!

Lovely newly renovated house Beautiful landscaped garden and pool Note is it a 10 minute “hot” walk on main road with narrow pavement to Fazana Old Town and beach. Security poor: Not a single safe worked Doors in sauna room leading to garden open half the week without us knowing. Poorly equipped kitchen - expect much more for a premium rental - scratched old plates, no salad cutlery, no hand held hoover. Kitchen work area very small. Maintenance guy could be friendlier!

Tolle Zeit in toller Umgebung

Wunderbares Haus, teilweise mit Blick aufs Meer. Fußläufig recht gut zu erreichendes Zentrum einer tollen kleinen Stadt. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Agentur Einziges Manko, empfindliche Nachbarn. Wir waren nicht sonderlich laut und auch nicht zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten, dennoch wurde sogar mit Polizei gedroht

Villa Luka hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht und liegt zugleich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und vom Zentrum Fažana - einer wunderschönen Ortschaft - entfernt. Tamara, die Vermieterin, war immer für uns erreichbar und Anliegen wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) hatten eine wundervolle Woche!

Piękny dom, dobrze wyposażony, fajny basen, Fazana to piękne miasteczko i plaże, miła gospodyni, pomocna, szybko odpowiada na potrzeby gości, dom miał kilka niedoskonałości do poprawy ale mimo to polecamy to miejsce, to były udane wakacje :) Brakowało siatek na komary, w oknach są okiennice ale one niestety nie dają zabezpieczenia przed owadami, nie było również żadnych środków przeciwkomarom, za mało papieru toaletowego, worków na śmieci, kapsułek do prania teraz to już standard w tego typu domach, przydałaby się dodatkowa markiza na tarasie dającą cień, popludniu taras był w juz słońcu
