Not terrible, but nothing great. The thermostat was not controllable from our side and it was set to 78 when we got there that night. Very expensive for what it was, but there were several big events in KC so I guess I’m not surprised. This is a basement style so you could hear every footstep above you. Cleanliness wasn’t bad, but the tables and shelves were still dusty like they hadn’t been wiped clean in quite some time.
