Located on the ground floor, you can reach the fully renovated apartment via just a few steps from the well-maintained complex. The stylishly furnished living room/bedroom, with its cosy couch, invites you to relax and is flooded with light thanks to the adjacent, spacious balcony. The adjoining open-concept bedroom features a large, high-quality double bed and, like the living area, opens directly onto the balcony with a view of the Siel. Enjoy wonderful moments in the evening sun at this small but charming holiday home.

High-quality premium bedding and towels can be booked separately as linen packages. You’ll need one linen package per person.
The Premium Bedding Package contains the following per package: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed
The Premium Towel Set contains the following per package: 1x large bath towel, 1x small hand towel, as well as, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1x shower mat (per bathroom), 2x tea towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
