The holiday rental is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Prerow, ideally situated near the beach, the Darß Forest, and the Bodden, in a quiet southwest-facing location at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It has a living area of approximately 45 square metres on the ground floor (Ground Floor Holiday Rental).

The ground floor, which accommodates 2 people (3 people with a toddler in a travel cot), features a large living area with a high-quality built-in wall unit containing a double bed with two single mattresses, a seating area with a leather sofa, wicker armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a modern open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as standard small kitchen appliances, and a dining area on the veranda. The veranda leads out to a sunny, approximately 20-square-meter terrace made of high-quality wood, complete with patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair. The garden offers maximum privacy thanks to the hedge surrounding it. There is also a modern shower room on the ground floor with a hair dryer and a washer-dryer.

The holiday rental includes free Wi-Fi via a modern fiber-optic connection, as well as free calls to German landlines and all German cell phone networks. For young children, a high chair and a travel cot/baby bed are also available. A parking space is located directly in front of the holiday home. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed in the garden of the holiday home. Heating and hot water are provided by a fully automatic central heating system. All windows are equipped with blinds, and one window in the living/bedroom area also has an insect screen. Additionally, the holiday rental is equipped with a smoke detector.

Bedding, including extra bedding (€10.00 per person), and towels (€8.00 per person) can also be rented upon request. One pet (dogs only) is permitted by arrangement for an additional fee (€10.00 per pet/night).

The Baltic Sea resort of Prerow charges a visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per day of stay year-round; the reduced rate is €1.25.
