Enjoy coastal living and unforgettable sunsets at this charming 3-bedroom, 1 and a half bath getaway! The first floor offers a game room, sitting room and the half bath and laundry closer. Upstairs you'll find an open-concept layout with a bright kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room that opens to a spacious deck—perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing after a day at the beach! The stairs found off the kitchen take you to the three bedrooms and full bathroom. Outside, enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard with perennial gardens and plenty of room for summer fun. Conveniently located near beaches, dining, shopping, and local attractions, this home is the perfect retreat! $150.00 pet fee for dogs up to 60 lbs, two dogs max. $75.00 processing fee, $75.00 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee. $200.00 cleaning fee on all rentals.
