Too many cats and too hot inside

Firstly it is in a nice location , mostly quiet clay pigeon shooting on sunday the pool pleasant and the local village Petra lovely with good restaurants and small supermarkets. However I am not keen on cats and there are a lot of them. The two dogs were ok apart from poo on paths. It is extremely hot inside no AC and as the house is directly behind the owners, you look at a Hugh fence it prevents any air blowing thru windows. There is also a thin line between rustic, charming and old and cluttered with it lapsing to the latter. Clean and uncluttered is what I preferred. Finally bring soap and loo rolls guess previous occupiers left none.

Thanks for the rating, but this is extremely subjective and needs clarification, course in my advertise are no wrong informations. Yes, there are cats, which is absolutely necessary on an 80,000 square meter plot in nature. The cats never come into the house and if you do not want that in the garden or the terrace or the yard. So they disturb you from distance, I wonder. I have one dog and I keep him in my house. For health reasons we have no air conditioning, but good fans and a bio cooling system in all rooms. If you had spoken to me, I would have said that. My guests love the absolute privacy and the knowing, that I am always there with words and deeds for you, when it is necessary. You have decided on the basis of the clear images for this house, which is amazing, if you have a completely different taste. We are not interested in a retorted, plastic-coated, practical style. It is cozy, with pillows, chandeliers, flowers and decoration. If you come here, you do not want a cold impersonal style. Of course, on arrival in the bathrooms are toilet paper, when that is used up, my guests buy themselves the necessary hygiene and cosmeticarticles. Tolle Unterkunft auf großem Grundstück mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten im Schatten und in der Sonne draußen zu sitzen. Der Pool ist super und bietet ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten sich hinzulegen.Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, es ist absolut alles da was man braucht. Einziges Manko waren für uns die Betten - hier könnten die Matratzen mal wieder erneuert werden. Die Lage bei Petra ist gut, 20 Min zum Strand und viele schöne Gelegenheiten zum Abendessen in Petra.

Schöne kleine Finca

Für uns war der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Die zentrale Lage auf der Insel war für uns optimal. Der Pool ein absolutes Highlight und Miranda die perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie war zu jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagiert. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet. Uns war die Waschmaschine wichig. Bei drei Wochen einfach super. Eine Kleinigkeit fehlte uns aber doch.;) ;).Eine einfache Kühlbox mit Kühlakku's wären "cool" gewesen. Eine, die wir mit zum Strand hätten nehmen können. Vielleicht eine Anregung?! Das ist allerdings jammern auf hohem Niveau!!!!Alles in Allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Ich hab auch Strandstühle alles und Schirme nur ich lasse das nicht in dem Abstellraum, weil es so viel Platz wegnimmt. Wenn du was gesagt hättest, hätte ich das alles zur Verfügung stellen können das ist überhaupt gar kein Problem. Das tut mir leid, dass das irgendwie uns durchgerutscht ist. Auf jeden Fall wart ihr mir sehr sehr liebe Gäste und ich würde mich sehr freuen euch wieder zu sehen. Alles Liebe Miranda

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca Kiko war einfach traumhaft. Miranda ist eine unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die sich mit Liebe fürs Detail um alle Wünsche kümmert. Wir kommen sicher sehr gern wieder und können El Pueblo Mallorca nur empfehlen.

Comfortabel, sfeervol huis op landgoed met gedeeld privé zwembad.

Rustig gelegen in de heuvels, aan de weg tussen Petra en San Joan, een heerlijk ruim huis op een landgoed dat je deelt met een beperkt aantal andere huizen. Vriendelijk ontvangst door behulpzame gastvrouw. Bereikbaarheid goed met eigen vervoer. Huurauto een must. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort. Twee slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer en toilet gescheiden door de woonkamer/ keuken. In de buitenkamer hebben we veel gezeten. Jammer van de ratten in de tuin. Mooi uitzicht (beperkt) op heuvels en Petra. Niet geschikt voor mindervaliden omdat het op een heuvel is gebouwd. Prachtig zwembad binnen handbereik met voldoende comfortabele zit-, en ligplaatsen. Alles zeer sfeervol ingericht. Foto's website helaas verouderd. Toen we aankwamen regende het waardoor waarschijnlijk veel aankleding was verwijderd, helaas gedurende ons verblijf niet meer teruggeplaatst waardoor de details het minder afmaakten. Zeker een aanrader! Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad. Goede uitval basis om het eiland te verkennen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Finca

Wunderschöner Kraftort. Ruhig gelegen. Ideal um sich zu erholen. Miranda ist eine unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die will, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in diesen Ort verliebt. Mit einem Sonnenaufgang über dem Tal von Petra und unzähligen Vogelstimmen beginnt der Tag schon einmal in traumhafter Kulisse. Die liebevolle Ausstattung des Anwesens und der tolle Pool vervollständigen einen Traumurlaub. Wir können nur positives über unseren Aufenthalt berichten und würden immer wieder diese 5 Sterne an die herzliche Vermieterin und ihr Team vergeben. Wir kommen wieder...!!! schönes Anwesen für Ruhesuchende

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche auf der Finca verbracht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen schönen Poolbereich. Die großzügige Finca ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns bei Miranda sehr wohl gefühlt. Finca-Urlaubstraum

Wenn man hier 1 x war, kommt man immer wieder. Sofort verzaubert einen dieser Platz, das so schön eingewachsene Haus Kiko, romantisch, mediterran - und der Urlaub beginnt. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort, wenn nicht, eine kurze Nachricht an Miranda und es wird gerichtet, Ein überdachter Innenhof und eine private Terrasse, ganz ungestört kann man dort Tage und Nächte verbringen. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet, man merkt hier hat jemand viel Fantasie und ein Faible für schöne Dinge. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos, eher besonderer. Und sehr sauber. Fantastisch auch die Poolanlage mit vielen verschiedenen Liegeplätzen an denen wir oft nur für uns waren. Wir haben unseren Platz gefunden.

Charmantes und entspannendes Ferienanwesen

Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage in der Finca Can Kiko verbracht. Die Finca und die Terrasse waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben und uns sehr entspannen konnten. Besonders der große Pool und die Liegemöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Miranda ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage versprüht einen besonderen Charme und die zur Familie gehörenden Katzen haben unseren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Wir empfehlen unseren Freunden diese Adresse sehr gern weiter.
