Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war top !!! Die Gästebetreuung vor dem Urlaub und natürlich auch vor Ort könnte nicht besser ein. Das kleine Kaffee unten im Haus kann auch nur weiterempfohlen werden. Der Service und das Frühstück / Kuchen, Kaffeespezialitäten ebenfalls top !!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Was hat uns Nicht gefallen: Staubwolken schon bei Ankunft im Schlafzimmer, kein Spülmittel in der Küche wie angegeben, der Ablauf in der Dusche war verstopft, selbst gereinigt sonst wäre das Duschen nicht möglich gewesen, den Balkon hätte man auch mal reinigen können! Vielleicht in Zukunft darauf achten.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt war, es fehlte nichts, die Einrichtung war sehr gut durchdacht. Hervorzuheben, daß die Wohnung absolut ruhig war, sowohl innerhalb des Hauses, als auch von der Straße her, nahe am Strand. Leider war das Servicepersonal nicht informiert, daß man uns zugesagt hatte, die Koffer hochzutragen, da der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb war.

Guten Tag, uns hat es gut bei Ihnen gefallen. Was aus unserer Sicht nicht in Ordnung war, dass wir im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert wurden, dass der Fahrstuhl wegen eines Wasserschaden nicht in Betrieb ist. Grade auf den Fahrstuhl hatten wir geachtet, damit die Haustiere keine Stufen laufen müssen. Es ging jetzt auch irgendwie so, hätten wir dieses im Vorfeld gewusst, hätten wir uns das mit der Reise noch einmal überlegt. Bei gehbeinderten Menschen, wäre der Zustand ein no go gewesen! Bitte prüfen Sie unsere Buchung, falls Sie uns wegen des Fahrstuhl und einer möglichen teilweisen Rückerstattung des Mietpreis. vielen Dank Frank John
