The Location
This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor in the northwest section of the building’s west wing. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—the fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres, is just 300 metres away. Here you’ll also find the beach promenade and the popular 60-meter-long pier, as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground. Enjoy a fantastic view of the “big ships” passing by and the sea. By the way, Lübeck Bay is considered a sailor’s paradise! Barrier-free access ensures easy reach to the promenade and the spa beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as attractive recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking trails and bike routes, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses, and a variety of events such as the popular Promenade Festival, the sand sculpture exhibition, or the Autumn Kite and Seaside Resort Festival.

The bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, sun-protective windows (some floor-to-ceiling), free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a cosy living-dining area with a large pull-out kitchen table. The living area features a double sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a large swivel-mounted flat-screen TV. The two separate, north-facing bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and are each equipped with a flat-screen TV. You’ll have two stylish bathrooms at your disposal, ensuring your day begins on a relaxed note first thing in the morning. The bathrooms feature a walk-in shower or a bathtub, each with a toilet and sink, along with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors. The bathroom with a bathtub is directly connected to one of the bedrooms.
You can spend relaxing hours on the large, covered loggia, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. The loggia is accessible from the living area.
