- Take all trash to the dumpsters on Movie Ranch Road. - Unplug all electric appliances. Except for the fridge. - Leave remotes in the hole on the fireplace mantle.
- Put everything you used neatly in the same place you got it. - Lock front door by push the bottom oval button.

This was truly Mountain Charm!! Our family uses vacation rentals frequently and loved how well appointed the kitchen was. There wasn’t anything we needed that was not available. The driveway had plenty of parking which wasperfect we were two couples two trucks and trailers and we fit with ease. Location was great and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck while using the bbq. There wasn’t a detail missed here. Clean,cozy, and perfectly nestled in Meadow Heights this is a great place to stay! Booking was a breeze owner makes the process seamless.
