Sleeping Arrangements:

Guest Room 1: King bed, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, large closet, and patio access. A pack and play is also stored in the closet for little ones.
Guest Room 2: Queen bed with access to the hallway bathroom.
Guest Room 3: Two twin beds with access to the hallway bathroom.

Just 5 minutes from the Palm Springs Surf Club, the public Tahquitz Golf Club (walk over if you want a tee time), Demuth Park for little ones, and Trader Joe’s and Target. At the end of the street, you’ll find access to the Coachella Valley Link, perfect for biking, jogging, or desert strolls.

Downtown Palm Springs and El Paseo Village are only 15 minutes away for dining, nightlife, and shopping. Families will love being 10 minutes from the Children’s Museum and 20 minutes from The Living Desert. Joshua Tree is just a 45-minute drive, and the Cabazon Outlets are 30 minutes away. Everything you need for a Palm Springs getaway—adventure, relaxation, shopping, and nature—is within easy reach.

Occupancy & Parking:

• Maximum overnight guests: 6
• Maximum daytime guests: 10 (including the overnight guests)
• Daytime guests must be disclosed to host.
• No events or parties are permitted.
• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles — 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street.

Pool & Hot Tub:

Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking. The pool can be heated to 85º for your stay. Heating must be requested for the entire stay—we cannot heat for only one day. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Rate:

$75 per day for pool heating

The hot tub is heated at no extra charge. It can be easily turned on by guests using the outdoor control in the backyard, perfect for a warm soak under the stars.

Dog Policy & Fees

We allow up to 2 pre-approved small dogs per stay (no more than 30 lbs). No other animals are permitted. Pre-approved dogs may not sit on any indoor or outdoor furniture, including beds.

There is a $80 per dog, per night fee. Dogs must relieve themselves outside, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Additional cleaning fees may be applied on a case-by-case basis for any mess or damage. Any unauthorized pets brought to the property will incur a $200 per animal fee.

Additional Information, Policies & Rules:

• Palm Springs City regulations strictly enforce noise and outdoor music rules. No outdoor music is allowed. If playing music indoors, keep it at a reasonable level so it cannot be heard outside.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Guests are expected to keep voices, music, and other noise to a minimum. Violations may result in fines starting at $500 if reports are filed.

• No smoking of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. We kindly ask guests to take a walk down the street to smoke. Cleaning or damage fees will be enforced if smoking is detected on the property.

• Security cameras are on the front exterior of the house including the walkway and driveway. There is also a security camera on the side of the house looking at the back gate and the bbq area. There is also a security camera overlooking the pool equipment.

• No glass allowed outside—please use plastic glassware only. Any damage caused by glass will result in additional charges.

• Swimming: No lifeguard on duty. No diving. Swim at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

• Damages: Any damage to the home, pool, or furniture will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Significant damage may be reported to VRBO for evaluation and possible charges.

• No events or parties of any kind at any time.

• No glitter, confetti, or decorations that can damage the property.

• No Commercial photography and filming allowed

• Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the garage, which is locked and off-limits at all times.
