Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und ausgestattet. Man kommt schnell zur Promenade oder zum Molli Bahnhof und die Geräusche der Mölli gehörten für uns schnell zum Tag dazu. Netto bietet in direkter Nähe auch Brötchen an. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß und gut befahrbar. Durch den Hintereingang läßt sich das Gepäck bequem zum Fahrstuhl bringen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Guter und freundlicher Service. Parkmöglichkeiten (1/2 Stunde mit Parkscheibe) ausreichend. Das wir in Ost-Kühlungsborn den Schlüssel abholen mussten, sehe ich nicht als Problem. Ebensowenig wie das selbstbeziehen der Betten. Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder über Upstalsboom buchen.

Leider fallen mittlerweile echte hohe Nebenkosten an... Servicegebühr 19,- , Endreinigung 100,- und 88,- für teure Wäschepakete...und dann muss ich bei Spätanreise noch die Betten selbst beziehen! Die Damen, sind wirklich sehr freundlich, haben sich auch entschuldigt, aber es war kein Versehen - sondern ist jetzt Standard! Schade, so fängt (gerade für eine Mutter) kein Urlaub an!

Es gab in der Wohnung sehr viele Möglichkeiten, um Sachen aufzuhängen. (Nicht nur im Badezimmer sondern auch in den Schlafzimmern). Auch ein Regenschirm für schlechtes Wetter war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gut isoliert, man hörte weder etwas aus den Wohnungen nebenan noch über einem. Bei geöffneten Fenster ist es an der Hauptstraße teils sehr laut, das hat uns aber weniger gestört.

Wir waren im Juni 2022 da. Hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber. Ein extra Sternchen vergeben wir zudem noch für die ungewöhnlich vielen vorhandenen Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten (aufklappbare Wandhalter) und Bügel. Kostenloser großer Parkplatz hinter dem Haus inklusive. Einziges Manko: Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, die abends und nachts an dieser Stelle gern mal als Rennstrecke genutzt wird.
