Wir haben jetzt bereits das dritte Mal in einer Wohnung im Dünenresort Binz gewohnt und waren imme..

Wir haben jetzt bereits das dritte Mal in einer Wohnung im Dünenresort Binz gewohnt und waren immer sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung der Wohnungen, der Nähe zur Promenade, zum Strand und auch zur "City". Die Mitarbeiter des Service Büros waren bereits vor unserer Anreise immer Ansprechpartner für alle unsere Fragen; sie wurden immer sofort beantwortet. So war es auch kein Problem, mit der Bahn anzureisen, da wir an unsere Schlüssel zur Wohnung per Code am Briefkasten kamen. Auch vor Ort war man sofort immer für uns da; die Kaffeemaschine bereitete uns anfangs Probleme. Der Grund war eine falsche Glaskanne, die keinen Kontakt zum Filter hatte. Wahrscheinlich war sie einem anderen Gast kaputt gegangen, er hatte es nicht gemeldet, sondern einfach eine Glaskanne gekauft, die leider nicht passte! Sofort wurde uns gleich eine andere Kaffeemaschine gebracht! Als das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig abgelaufen ist, ist Herr Fritsch am Sonntag gekommen, um die Verstopfung zu beseitigen! Vielen Dank noch mal für die schnelle Hilfe. Die gleiche Zufriedenheit gilt übrigens auch für meine Schwester, die zur gleichen Zeit die Wohnung 418 im Dünenresort gebucht hatte. Da sie ihre Koffer vorab mit Hermes schicken wollte, waren die Mitarbeiter so nett, die Koffer im Service Büro Prora anzunehmen und ihnen in die Wohnung zu stellen. Hier ergibt sich aber für die Zustellung das Problem, dass das Büro nur von 9:00 - 11:00 Uhr und von 15:00 - 17:00 Uhr besetzt ist. Hier sollte evtl über andere Öffnungszeiten nachgedacht werden; da doch immer mehr Menschen mit der Bahn anreisen und die Koffer voraus schicken - dies als kleine Anregung! Trotzdem noch mal ein Danke-schöne an alle Mitarbeiter!
