Host was very accommodating. Property manager responded quickly. Super cleanLocation is perfect, walking distance to pineapple willy's, a few ice cream places and walmart but on a quiet street right next to the beach. Couch is very comfortable. Beds weren't bad either. I was worried about having enough hot water but we didn't have issues. The loft was perfect for our 3 kids. The stairs to get up there are very narrow and steep so it wouldn't be good for carrying kids up or people who don't move well. The downstairs bedrooms are a king and queen so us old people stayed downstairs. Plenty of towels and pots/pans. 2 coffee pots. It's a cute design but the exposed hvac caused condensation in the bathroom and was kind of loud (I don't like white noise).Front deck was nice but it rains at some point every day so the fabric seat cushions were always wet. There's an outside shower. Room for 2 vehicles but we made 3 work by parking across the front. Close to publix sports park and just about anywhere else.
