Small, rustic "rustico" cottage "Il Crotto", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Bellera 700 m from the centre of Pianello del Lario, 38 km from the centre of Lugano, 46 km from the centre of Como, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the lake. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 300 m, bakery 900 m, bus stop "(Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 100 m, railway station "Colico" 22 km, pebble beach 200 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Sports harbour 220 m, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 1 km, children's playground 900 m. Nettes Häuschen mit Einschränkungen

Das Crotto: eigentlich gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wunderbarer Blick auf den See und die Nordkette von der überdachten und schönen Veranda. Allerdings sind der Zugang zu Fuß zum Crotto und die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer unterm Dach nichts für ältere oder eingeschränkt mobile Menschen, sehr steil und gar nicht leicht zu bewältigen. Die beiden Räume und das Bad sind praktisch und voll in Ordnung. Allerdings besitzt das Doppelbett, bestehend aus zwei Einzelbetten, mit Kabelbinder zusammengehalten und d

Erholung am Comer See

Ausblick auf See und Berge wunderschön. Idylle wurde allerdings durch lautes Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft sehr oft getrübt. Einrichtung des Ferienhauses sehr einfach. Ein bequemes Sofa für regnerische Tage wäre schön gewesen, gab es aber leider nicht.

Kleines nettes Haus

Tolle Lage, mit Blick auf See und Berge. Zum Wandern und Radfahren gut geeignet, da man ohne mit dem Auto los fahren zu müssen direkt vom Haus aus Starten kann. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, das es keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus selber gibt. Nächster öffentlicher Parkplatz ist 150 Meter entfernt.( kostenlos)

Huis op een mooie plek

Huis staat op een mooie plek, maar heeft aan de binnenkant wel een update nodig. Er staat een slaapbank waar je niet op kan zitten en de eetkamer stoelen zijn ook heel oud en kun je ook niet lekker op zitten. Slaapkamer is prima.

Die Crotto ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Absolut für Reisende mit Hund zu empfehlen.Sehr schöner Ort mit langen Wegstrecken um den Comer See.

Prima vakantiehuis met grote tuin voor de hond. Helaas de tuin niet helemaal omheind waardoor helemaal los lopen geen optie was. Wel erg veel honden in de buurt als je dat niet gewent bent. Ga hier niet heen als u niks met honden hebt.

Perfekt zum entspannen und Energie aufladen. Kleiner minus Punkt sehr viele Fliegen durch die Lage zum Wasser. Aber im Schlafzimmer und an der Haustür Fliegengitter . Sehr viele Nachbarshunde bei denen man keinen Wecker morgens brauch . Mir als Hundebesitzer macht dies nichts aus.
