Casa Kiwi

Schöne Wohnung, wunderschöne Lage und Aussicht, gute Ausstattung der Küche, nette, freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin; aber mein gefühlter Eindruck war eine Größe von 35 qm statt der inserierten 55qm, auch sprach die Vermieterin nur Italienisch.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und perfekt für alle, die abseits des Touristentrubels wohnen wollen. Man ist schnell am Comer See, aber auch in den Bergen. Der zum Haus gehörende kleine Garten mit Blick auf die Berge ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gibt.

Wundervoll!

Wir waren ganz entzückt, von der kleinen, aber sehr sauberen Wohnung in dem schönen alten Haus hoch am Berg mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf die traumhaften Berge und das Tal mit dem Fluss. Schon der Empfang der Vermieterin war sehr persönlich und überaus hilfsbereit! Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir immer Fragen per Telefon stellen und wertvolle Tipps erhalten, und dank Googleübersetzer auch verstehen. See und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu erreichen! Einfach toll!

Ein kleines Schmuckstück in ländlicher Idylle

Die Wohnung hat eine großartige Aussicht über das untere Veltlin Richtung Comer See. Die Lage ist in einem abgelegenen Ortsteil von Cercino, in der Stille der Natur. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe und Professionalität/Komfort ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hält die Wohnung sehr sauber und bietet eine sehr gute Begleitung/ Hilfe in allen Fragen - auch zu allen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Sehr erholsam, gastfreundlich und ordentlich

Wir (4 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Garten ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Die Gastfamilie, P. mit ihren Eltern, war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Seit unserem Urlaub dort haben wir ein neues Lieblingsessen: Pizzoccheri! Vielen lieben Dank!

Nette, saubere kleine Wohnung ...

Nette, saubere kleine Wohnung in kleinem und sehr ruhigen Bergdorf. Der See ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Absolut nette und um unser Wohlwollen besorgte, unkomplizierte Vermieter.
