Welcome to Naturferienhaus 1—a cosy semi-detached home in idyllic Mellnitz on the Ueselitzer Wiek in the southern part of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet, nature-filled setting—perfect for anyone seeking rest, open spaces, and a connection to nature.

With approximately 95 m² of living space, a lovingly designed temporary home awaits you, offering plenty of room for families, couples, or holidays with your dog. On the ground floor, the cosy living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the house. Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere and invite you to spend time together cooking, eating, or relaxing.

Also on the ground floor are a modern shower room, a practical storage room, and an utility room with its own washing machine.

Upstairs, two cosy bedrooms with double beds await restful nights. The additional bathroom with a bathtub ensures relaxing moments of well-being even after long days at the beach or exploring nature.

The approximately 300 m² natural garden with its pretty picket fence is particularly beautiful. On the sheltered terrace with sunshades, you can wonderfully enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings—whether over breakfast in the morning sun or during a cosy barbecue evening with the gas grill.

Das Naturferienhaus Nr. 1 ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Unseren Hunden hat es auch gefallen. Was ein bisschen untergeht, haben wir aber schon erwähnt, dass es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist. Ich finde das sollte im Internet erwähnt werden. Was auch nicht unbedingt von Vorteil ist, ist der Bambus, der im Garten wächst. Er schränkt die Sicht ein und wächst willkürlich auf dem Rasen. Teilweise tut da weh, wenn man barfuss / Hundepfoten direkt drauf steht. Den Ferneher sollte man vielleicht nach jedem Gast überprüft werden, ob die Programme stimmen bzw. funktionieren. . Wir hatten im Wohnzimmer nur bedingt Programme und wollten nicht zu sehr am Fernseher rumstellen. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden die Insel bestimmt wieder einmal besuchen.
