This condo a GEM in Waikiki. The view overlooks the golf course and is the CORNER unit to give the space a little extra privacy. The floors are made of marble to make the space feel a little more luxurious. Standard amenities include a in-unit washer dryer, and dish washer. There are two beds, one queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. The unit comes with a parking stall.

The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building.

On the top of the building there is a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area, if you would like to entertain some guests.

This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers

Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours.

Pool opens from 8 AM - 10 PM
Check-in after 3:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM

Trash chute is to the left out the elevator all the way down at the end.

Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.

There will be a charge if the bedding or towels are damaged by wine, hair dye, medicine drops.
