Ruhige aber zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Einkaufsstraße und am Strand. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer befinden sich im Keller, sind aber mit größeren Fenstern und Lichtschächten ausgestattet. Tageslicht - in üblicher Form - darf man aber nicht erwarten.
