Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen, gute bis sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr großzügiges Badezimmer, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein Wermutstropfen sind die Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die aufgrund der hohen Bordsteine nur schwer zu erreichen sind.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit dem Angebotspreis war in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung in Randlage von Westerland ist gut. Der Strand ist in knapp 900 Metern zu erreichen. Der Service von König war wieder excellent. Gutscheine für Kaffee und Kuchen gab es auch noch dazu, diese haben wir leider nicht genutzt.

Schöne Wohnung und gut gelegen. Positiv: Lage, Terrasse, Küche Negativ: Wir waren zu viert als Familie, dafür ist die Wohnung leider viel zu klein. Weil die Kids im Wohnzimmer auf der ausgeklappten Couch geschlafen haben, hatte man keine richtige Möglichkeit sich im Wohnzimmer zu bewegen, geschweige denn gemütlich hinzusetzen. Parkplatz - ist zwar direkt vor der Tür, nur ist der Bordstein nur an einer Stelle gesenkt und mit einem tieferen Auto somit bei bereits parkenden Autos sehr schwer befahrbar. Sehr hellhörig - man hört jede Aktivität der Mieter über der Wohnung. Ebenso aus dem Keller, sobald jemand die Waschmaschine nutzt.
