Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the private backyard with covered pergola. You’ll also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer, workspace, and driveway with garage parking.



Please note that any locked closets or storage areas are reserved for owner use and are not accessible during your stay.

1. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside of this home. Evidence of smoking such as burns or oder, will result in a minimum charge of $1,000.

2. Please take shoes off as you enter the home. Shoe racks are provided at entrance

3. If you have been approved to bring a pet or trained service animal, please carefully follow the rules below to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas, beds, and chairs. Pets may not be left unattended on the property unless they are securely crated, and guests must provide their own crate. You are required to pick up after your pet at all times. Any pet-related mess, such as excessive hair, odors, stains, or accidents, that requires extra cleaning will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $250, which may increase depending on the time and labor required by our cleaning team. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

4. Please do not use bathroom towels to wipe up spills, clean up after pets, or to remove makeup. Please use other designated towels or paper towels for these uses.

5. Do not pitch a tent or otherwise camp outside.

6. Please do not move any furniture or decor during your stay.

7. Open flames outside of the outdoor firepit are not approved and are subject to fines of $1,000.

8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

9. We have security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Parties and unaccounted for guests are prohibited. If guests are found to have had a party without the host permission which results in an extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

10. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

11. Please keep all food and drinks in the kitchen or dining areas to avoid spills and pests.

12. Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly. If existing issues with the property are not identified within the first 24 hours, the guest cannot request any refunds or compensation for these issues.

13. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets (no wipes, feminine products, etc. – septic system friendly).

14. Supervise children at all times – the cabins and forest areas have natural hazards.

15. No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the property.
