It was a very nice rustic cabin. We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi, but as soon as we contacted the house, we figured out the problem and solved it. The views were quite lovely from there. We had excellent view of the sky.

Wonderfully quiet and tucked away with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend! Grill and flattop. Coffee maker and Keurig. Plenty of space and beds. Fire pit was great. Couldn’t think of anything else we needed except a few more days of of work!

The property was just how it was described! A wonderful isolated gem perfect for a getaway and stargazing. 4 of us couples went up to the cabin for a weekend, and stayed very comfortably. The cabin was clean, with themed decor, and had a fairly well stocked kitchen with spices, some basic condiments, and to our delight, skewers for smores since we forgot our own! The firepit on the hill was wonderful, and it was lovely to sit overlooking the cabin and surrounding property. Even with a fire, you could still see the milkyway, which we weren't expecting from that location. Would absolutely rent again, and we've actually already talked about doing the same trip next year! (Kitchen could use a pasta strainer! )

This is a beautiful, well-laid out house! It has everything that we needed: plenty of beds and lots of room for our family of 6. And when I say lots of room, I really mean it. It had a huge kitchen and dining room. Big family room. The bedrooms where large. Even the laundry area. No where felt cramped at all, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there were some games to play in the family room. The location was also perfect for us. While the property itself is secluded and quiet, it's close to Cherry Springs State Park as well as the PA Grand Canyon. We also took a day trip up to the Watkins Glen and Ithaca areas of New York. There were only two faults we found with the property. There are an insane number of insects that we had to kill. I'm not sure if it hadn't been rented in awhile or what, but there were spiders and beetles and moths and who knows what everywhere (beyond what is normal for a house in a forest). Nothing dangerous, but it was very anxiety-inducing for my wife who has a bit of a phobia about bugs. The other item was the hot water. It was hit or miss. Sometimes during a shower it would completely cut out for a second or two. Also, it was completely out the one night we came back from hiking all day, which meant a sponge bath in cold water.
