Our thatched-roof house, which houses the "Boddenzauber" apartment (certified with 3 stars by the DTV) on the ground floor, is located just 100 metres from the Bodstedter Bodden on the southern Bodden coast between Ribnitz-Damgarten and Stralsund—about 5 km from Barth, near the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. <br>The historic Bodstedt harbour is about 100 metres away and can be reached via our access path to the beach, among other routes.<br><br>On our well-maintained 6,800 m² garden property, you’ll find peace and relaxation. Our guests, of course, have direct access to the Bodden beach via our nature trail through the reed beds.<br><br>Thanks to our location right on the Bodden, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming are possible at any time, weather permitting.<br>You can reach the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula (6 km) via well-maintained bike paths, where you’ll find kilometres of high-quality sandy beaches.<br>You and your bike can also reach the opposite peninsula via ferries from various shipping companies that dock at the port of Bodstedt. You’ll find a variety of suggested bike tours upon arrival.<br> The sports beach in Zingst and the kitesurfing school in Saal offer additional ways to spend your day. In the Bodden harbours, opportunities to sail along on Zeesboote are offered.<br>In the spring and fall, you can hear the cranes as early as the morning and watch them in the nearby fields.<br>There are 4 restaurants available in Bodstedt and Fuhlendorf.<br>In our town, you’re required to pay the visitor’s tax. This must be paid upon arrival. The current rate is 2€ per person per day (as per the bylaws).<br>There is a second holiday rental on the property for 1–2 people.
