This charming Breton stone property, comprising two apartments, is ideally located above Godelins Beach on the picturesque Goëlo coast. Bright and comfortably furnished, it offers a pleasant private outdoor space for al fresco dining, as well as a shared beach hut on the sand for easy storage of your beach gear. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the village, the protected cliff-lined Godelins Beach, or the sunny Moulin Beach, perfect for swimming and water sports. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the GR34, a renowned coastal path that runs along the port and beaches with spectacular views. All around, the Goëlo coastline charms with its alternating majestic cliffs, wild coves, small fishing ports, and fine sandy beaches. Nearby, discover the Pointe de Plouha and its cliffs, some of the highest in France, or set sail from Saint-Quay-Portrieux for a sea trip to discover scallops or for an unforgettable excursion to the flower island of Bréhat.

Fonctionnel avec un beau jardin

Bon emplacement calme à Binic Etables, juste en bord de mer, agencement fonctionnel, carrelage et sol en linoléum corrects, joli jardin utilisable, pas de serviettes ni de papier toilette, ce qui est dommage, nécessite quelques travaux de rénovation (légère humidité et traces de moisissure dans les coins de la chambre et de la salle de bains), un grand nettoyage serait appréciable (toiles d'araignées, insectes, fourmis). Une fois ces travaux effectués, la maison sera à nouveau très agréable à vivre et le rapport qualité-prix sera correct.

Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes et à ce que l'on avait lu dans le descriptif. Nous sommes partis après une visite de deux minutes et avons appelé aussitôt l'hôtesse pour lui signaler que nous ne restions pas. Elle nous a répondu très gentiment et nous a dit qu'elle nous comprenait. Nous lui avons demandé de nour rembourser.
