The house was so clean, well equipped, decorated very cute. We had so much fun! Hosts communicated very well and even decorated for my husband's 50th birthday. Great property for a large group!

My family loved staying here! Everything was clean and well thought out with the guests in mind!The swimming pool waswonderful! My daughter loved kayaking! The grandkids loved fishing and using the paddle boat! We also used the firepit at night!We enjoyed the chickens. We saw butterflies, frogs, and other wildlife. The foosball table was a big hit! We had plenty of beds and everything we needed to be comfortable! We all had a great time! My family consists of my husband, three kids, two spouses, and 5 grandkids! Everyone had a great time!The hosts were very thoughtful and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend this location! We also went to Meremac Caverns while we were there!

The hosts were so accomodating!! All requests were answered in a very timely manner, and they even went above and beyond and recommended extra stuff for us to do. This house was more than we could have ever expected! The lake, the pool, the house, the extra fun surprises they left for us, all TOP NOTCH!! This by far was one of the nicest vrbos we have ever stayed at. We walked into the house to some cute little baskets taylor-made just for our group. They left a game for us to play, our guess at the amount of ducks is 39 plus 1 goose. Thank you guys for making our stay absolutely amazing. I give this property and its owners 6 stars!! We will be back!!

We stayed at this property July 30th-August 2nd for a fun family weekend trip. Our group of 20 loved this property! It suited our family perfectly and it was just what we needed for a last minute Summer weekend getaway! We loved the stocked pond, the swimming pool, the cute house, the fire pit, the cozy outdoor patio and most of all making fun memories together!! Weeks after returning from our trip- we are still reminiscing about our good times together! One of the best perks about this property is all the things that were stocked for us as guests such as….pool towels, life jackets for the kids, seasoning to cook with, paper plates, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, all the fixings for s’mores, farm fresh eggs, games, fishing poles…this list could go on and on!! The property owners were also VERY nice to work with! They were great communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed! One more huge perk about this property is the LOCATION! We floated at Blue Springs Ranch during our stay and it was very close and convenient for us to get to. We also encountered some rain during our weekend so we decided to do some antique shopping in nearby Sullivan-super fun!! Our family looks forward to returning to this property in the near future- and yours will too!
