Great location

Apartment had everything we needed, it was in a great location for good food, not to busy although the beach was very tidal is had a live guard and was very safe, the sun bed set up was good and they had security boxes on each post of the shade, which was a bonus. Would certainly go back. Mirjam was a great host and very responsive, and we would have no hesitation is staying there again.

Funtastic vacation!

The apartment is really fantastic! It is around 70 square meters, clean, bright and it has everything you need for short and even long stay. Wi fi is good, but sometimes it is overloaded. We were welcomed with the fresh fruits, water and wine. Mirjam is fantastic host! She runs that business with her sons and they have outstanding hospitality! We recommend this apartment and Mirjam as a host! We will be back there for sure. Thanks Mirjam!

Perfect!

Very nice apartment with sea view and everything you need. Cute littly bakery and some supermarkets nearby as well as a bike rental and some nice restaurants. Also, the nearby beach was lovely and not too crowded. Mirjam is a perfect host - very friendly and uncomplicated and she helps with anything you may need. When we arrived a delicious Mallorcan dish (a tarte) was waiting for us made by her husband who is a trained pastry chef. I can also recommend the homemade ice cream they offer in their restaurant Sapori. Try it! All in all perfect stay!

Nous avons passé 8 très beaux jours à can picafort, le logements était plutôt spacieux pour trois, il y avait globalement tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer un séjour tranquille. L'hôte était adorable, elle répondait rapidement, nous a apporté des serviettes de plage que nous n'avions pas, et avait même prévu un diner pour le soir de notre arrivée !Mon seul regret était qu'il me semble que l'annonce parlait d'une vue sur la mer et nous étions dans un appartement qui n'était pas côté mer, mais côté hôtel bruyant, presque tous les soirs il y avait des événement karaoke etc... nous empêchant de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes...Sinon c'est plutôt bien situé, proche de la mer, à 2min à pied d'une petite plage, il y avait déjà pas mal de monde à cette période mais c'est toujours agréable d'être proche de l'eau.Le jacuzzi est un plus assez sympa, l'eau n'y est pas aussi chaude que dans un jaccuzi classique ce qui permet de l'utiliser pendant la journée et de profiter du soleil sans avoir trop chaud.Le barbecue était pas mal non plus mais manquait un peu d'outils (pinces, etc...)En bref nous avons passez un tres chouette séjour que nous ne regrettons absolument pas!

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist äußerst sauber und ansprechend. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Dachterrasse, die einen herrlichen Ausblick bietet. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Da wir jedoch zu dritt waren, stellte sich die Schlafcouch als etwas klein für eine fast zwei Meter große Person heraus. Obwohl wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, die Insel erkundeten und häufig auswärts gegessen haben, kochten wir auch gelegentlich in der Wohnung. Dafür ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nur wenige Parkplätze gibt. Insgesamt ist es jedoch eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, und die Kommunikation mit Mirijam verlief reibungslos.

Alojamiento de 10 y anfitriona de lujo

Llegamos muy bien con las indicaciones ofrecidas por Mirjam (anfitriona espectacular, atenta y detallista en todo momento). El alojamiento amplio y espacioso ,con aire acondicionado (que hizo sobrellevar bien el calor húmedo balear),camas confortables, menaje de baño y cocina para unas 4 personas, balcón para relajarse al atardecer, una terraza con jacuzzi y vistas a la bahía y zona chillaou (muy relajante y tranquilo)Todo como se describe en el anuncio...Si hubiese que poner algún pero, que no está adaptado para personas con discapacidad (no tiene ascensor) pero bueno para nosotras no fue inconveniente así se hace un poco de ejercicio. Lo recomiendo al 100% , si volvemos volvería ahí sin dudarlo.Mil gracias Mirjam por todo. Abrazo

Mirjam fantastische Gastgeberin!

Der Urlaub war wunderschön - nicht zuletzt dank unserer Vermieterin Mirjam, die uns am Anreisetag mit einer leckeren Köstlichkeit willkommen geheißen hat. Auch war der Besuch in ihrem Restaurant super und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben Handtücher bekommen (und Hilfe, wie der Kühlschrank einzuschalten ist :)). Wir waren in 2a, direkt mit Blick aufs Meer, wenn man die Wohnung betreten hat. Wir haben abends schön draußen sitzen können, haben aufs Meer geschaut, das Wellenrauschen gehört. Parkplätze hat man meist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in der direkten Umgebung finden können, sodass es gar nicht schlimm ist, dass dort kein hauseigener dabei ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt ein paar Meter neben dem Haus, wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man aber auch ins Ortsinnere ins Aldi fahren. Der Strand war innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vorteil von San Baolo ist, dass dort keine Promenade hintendran ist und des so ein wenig entspannter wirkt als der Strand in San Picafort selbst. Gerne wieder!!

Lovely apartment with beautiful sea view balcony, within 20 minutes’ walk of one of the best sandy beaches. The host was very responsive, and let us check out late on the last day which was a huge help. Also, the complimentary pie on arrival was delicious! Would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a very nice location , plenty around to do and only a short walk to center of Can Picafort . The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities anyone could need . Check in was effortless , contact was made from Miriam with how to check in to apartment . The roof terrace with hot tub is amazing . A lovely touch was the welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a homemade pie which was delicious . Also make sure you try out Miriams retaurant (sapori) the food in there is delicious . Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of going to Mallorca. Thank you Miriam and we hope to see you again in the future

Eine Woche Urlaub zu zweit!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Mietwohnung von Mirjam. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise waren wir bestens von unserer Vermieterin betreut. Dir Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos und sehr flexibel funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt vor der Haustüre die Bushaltestelle, wo der Bus regelmäßig die Playa de Muro abfährt. Drei Häuser weiter ein Supermarkt, eine Strasse unterhalb beginnt die Promenade von Can Picafort. Da lässt es sich wunderbar flanieren und kann bei Bedarf im Restaurant ( direkt an der Promenade) der Vermieter einkehren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen bestimmt wieder und sagen vielen Dank liebe Miriam!

Tolle Lage an sich, Apartment (1C) mit Einschränkungen. Aber alles in allem völlig ok.

Wir hatten das Apartment 1C (zur Straße hin, da die Meerblick Apartments bereits ausgebucht waren), von daher bezieht sich diese Bewertung nur auf dieses Apartment. Positiv: + Lage wirklich TOP. In einer kleinen Seitenstraße, ca 1 MIn vom Strand zu Fuß. Kleiner Supermarkt, sowie die Promenade mit vielen Geschäften / Restaurants alles in direkter Nähe, ohne jedoch Lärm zu haben. + Kommunikation mit Mirjam jederzeit per WhatsApp Möglich + Mirjam ist sehr herzlich unt zuvorkommend. Wir konnten auf Grund unserer frühen Anreise und späten Abreise sogar eher als geplant und später als geplant das Apartment beziehen / verlassen. Danke nochmal dafür. Super Vermieterin. + Bei Einzug kein Warmwasser, wurde prompt bis zum ersten Abend behoben + Mitjam betreibt in San Baulo ein eigenes Restaurant, wurden auf einen Cocktail zur Begrüßung eingeladen Negativ: - Kein WLAN im Apartment 1C vorhanden. Ab und an mal einen Balken, der aber sofort wieder weg war. An der Hauseingangstür oder im Hausflur voller Empfang. Liegt daran, dass der Router vom Apartment zu weit weg war und hinter einer Metalltür verschlossen ist. Habe ich Damian drauf hingewiesen, aber ich glaube er hat mich auf englisch nicht verstanden, da er nur spanisch spricht. - Sauberkeit war leider auch nur grob oberflächig gegeben. Es lagen im gesamten Apartemnt / in der Dische noch Haare vom Vormieter herum. - Genrell ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal aktualisiert werden. 1 Lampe der Stehlampe defekt mit offenen Kabeln. Dort war nur der Stecker gezogen, sollte aber entweder repariert oder herausgenommen werden. Unfallrisiko zu hoch. Der Brausehalter in der Dusche war nicht zu gebrauchen, komplett ausgeleiert und nicht fest an der Wand. Duschen nur per Hand möglich. Herdplatte nicht fest, kann mit der Hand koplett hin und hergeschoben werden. - Die beschriebene Sicht auf die Poollandschaft bezieht sich vom Bakon aus auf das gegenüberliegende Hotel. Etwas verwirrend aus der Beschriebung heraus. Nichts desto trotz war die Funktion bei allen "Mängeln" gegeben. Alles in allem können wir Mirjam als Vermieterin und auch die Apartments auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Einfach toll!

Genau so toll, wie beschrieben! Mirjam kümmert sich von Beginn der Buchung an rührend um einen, so dass man direkt ein tolles Gefühl hat! Auch der Transfer per Taxi mit Roan war sensationell- wir haben in den 50 Minuten hin zum Appartment und wiederr zum Flughafen zurück durch Roan gleich einen kleinen Einblick in die Geschichte Mallorcas bekommen. Mirjam war vor Ort genau so liebenswert wie schon vorab per Mail. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem schnuckeligen und geräumigen Appartment. Die Dachterasse ist der Wahnsinn! tolle Lage, schöner Blick auf's Meer & sehr nette Vermieterin

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand und die super Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein echter Pluspunkt. Zusätzlich ist die Vermieterin eine große Hilfe, angefangen von der unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergabe, über kulinarische Tipps bis hin zu kleinen Extras. Die Dachterrasse ist ein wahrer Traum mit dem Whirlpool, den Liegen und Grillmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Punktabzug stellt das Bett dar. Dieses ist recht einfach und weich und könnte ausgetauscht / modernisiert werden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Trotz des nicht so optimalen Wetters, sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt vollkommen zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet, es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind ausserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei einem Problem mit unserem Fahrzeug war Mirjam uns eine große Hilfe. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Perfekter Familien-Urlaub und super Service !!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!!Alles war wie besprochen. Super Service und ganz großes Lob an die Vermieterin! Toller Meerblick und alles direkt vor der Haustüre (Strand, Supermarkt...) Das Highlight war der Whirlpool auf der gemeinsamen Dachterrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Casa Baulo zu 120% weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub

Wir waren vom 2.9 . -20.9.16 bei Mirjam und Ihrem Mann zu Gast . Von Anfang an klappte alles perfekt . Alle benötigten Infos gab es umgehend. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir sofort den Schlüssel , eine Einweisung in die Wohnung und einen kl. Abend - Imbiss, auch der Kühlschrank war bestückt da wir Abends anreisten . Super - Wo gibt es so was ? . Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt . Und wenn etwas fehlte oder man etwas brauchte ein Anruf und es war umgehend da . Die Lage ist perfekt , keine 3 Minuten zum Strand der ebenfalls sauber und wieder Erwarten sehr ruhig war . Mirjam versorgte uns auch noch mit tollen Infos wo es etwas besonderes auf der Insel gab . Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und planen derzeit den Urlaub September 2017 - natürlich bei Mirjam und ihrem Mann Absolut empfehlenswert !!! Annette und Dieter

Wunderschöner,total entspannter Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir haben uns bereits vor Ankunft bestens betreut gefühlt, Mirjam und ihr Mann haben sich im Vorfeld bereits um alles gekümmert, um uns den Start in den Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern so leicht wie möglich zu machen. Und das ist...(wer Kinder hat, weiß das)...unbezahlbar! Wir wurden direkt am Flughafen von dem von Mirjam vermittelten Taxifahrer Joan herzlich empfangen und zu unserer Ferienwohnung gebracht, wo Damian schon auf uns gewartet hat. Wir sind relativ spät gelandet und waren deshalb umso erfreuter, dass in der Wohnung bereits alles für die Nacht vorbereitet war, sogar ein kleiner Abendsnack auf uns gewartet hat sowie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank um den ersten Tag Tag erstmal entspannt starten zu können. Das ist eine Gastfreundschaft, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Vielen lieben Dank hierfür nochmal! Die Wohnung ist super sauber und einfach perfekt ausgestattet, vor allem die Waschmaschine auf dem Innenbalkon ist mit Kindern Gold wert. Auch während unseres Urlaubes waren Mirjam und Damian immer für uns ansprechbar und haben uns mit "Insidertips" den Start unglaublich erleichtert. Das Restaurant von Mirjam und Damian ist auch nur wärmstens zu empfehlen, insbesondere der super leckere Apfelkuchen von Damian! Der Strand ist unmittelbar vor der Tür, so dass es für uns ein leichtes war, eben zum Mittagsschlaf der Kinder nach Hause zu gehen . Am Frühstückstisch haben wir jeden morgen den Meerblick und das Meeresgeräusch der Brandung genossen und uns die frischen Brötchen vom kleinen Supermercato direkt neben der Haustür schmecken lassen. Abends sind wir oft an der Strandpromenade entlang nach Can Picafort geschlendert, der immer wieder mit kleinen Spielinseln für die Kinder für Abwechslung gesorgt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
