Fantastic Property and Location

Beautiful spacious apartment of high quality and extremely well maintained. Everything looked absolutely brand new. Very comfortable beds. The property was spotlessly clean. The property is brilliantly located just off the centre of the town with a personal parking spot around the corner. We received a great welcome from the family who also answered all our queries helpfully and quickly. The town itself is also gorgeous and we think the best location for exploring the Harz mountains. We strongly recommend this property. A big thank you to the Heckl family and a special thank you to their grand daughter Neele who helped with some translation to English for us.

Die Wohnung war toll, sehr zentral aber auch groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Mit Kindern war es toll, wir waren gleich mitten im Zentrum. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz zu der Wohnung ca. 200m entfernt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht wären dunklere Vorhänge noch ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag, aber das ist dann schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in top Lage im Zentrum von Wernigerode. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt! Auch bei der Sauberkeit gab es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekte Wohnung für vier Personen

Eine helle, moderne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung für vier Personen (mit zwei Bädern) - perfekt. Und dann auch noch mitten in der Stadt. Auch die An- und Abfahrt ist gut zu händeln, das ist halt Werningerode. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und Empfang mit Erläuterungen zur Wohnung und zum Aufenthalt vom Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Wernigerode . Wurden herzlichst empfangen . In dieser Wohnung fehlt wirklich nichts . Die Wohnung wurde geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause . Kommen bestimmt mal wieder !!!

Mitten im Herzen der Stadt - tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist für eine 4-Personen-Ferienwohnung angenehm groß. Man merkt, dass diese im Jahr 2015 neu gestaltet wurde. Alles ist neu und ansprechend eingerichtet. Neben Begrüßungssekt und - schokolade gab es ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spüli, Spültabs für 2 Wochen Urlaub - Kleinigkeiten, die uns begeistert haben. Das extra Babybett und Kinderstuhl standen bereit. Die Lage ist auch hervorragend, man hat nur 50 m bis zur Fußgängerzone. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe usw. waren auch sehr angenehm. Das einzige Negative ist, dass unter und gegenüber der Ferienwohnung Restaurants sind. Daher riecht man bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr oft Bratenduft - auf Dauer etwas nervig. Aber wir haben dann einfach außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gelüftet. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden noch einmal kommen.

Sauber, geräumig, zentral

Stadtwohnung im idyllischen Zentrum von Wernigerode, wenige Gehminuten zum Markt, 10 min zum Bahnhof. Sehr sauber, wirkt frisch renoviert. 2 große Schlafzimmer, Essküche, Fernsehraum und wunderbare Badezimmer: ein großes, und ein riesiges! Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig, und die Einrichtung der Wohnung könnte gemütlicher sein. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Der Wohnstandard, die Funktionalität und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sind ohnehin sehr gut. Wenn man 4,5 Sterne geben könnte, hät ich's getan.

Freundinnen-Ausflug

Sehr schöne helle Ferienwohnung, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr schöne und modern gestaltete Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer gehen nach vorne zur Straße raus, sind abends und in der Nacht ruhig, doch hört man morgens ab ca. 6 Uhr ab und zu einzelne Fahrzeuge. Hinten im Hof befindet sich die Gartenterrasse eines Restaurants, die man auch nutzen kann, selbst wenn man nicht das Restaurant besucht. Wir waren einmal im preislich günstigen Restaurant essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Restaurantbetrieb stört in keiner Weise. --- Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte einwandfrei. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
