The apartment is located in the centre of Playa del Inglés, near the Maspalomas Dunes. It’s in a very quiet area next to the Riu Palace Maspalomas Hotel and the beach promenade, in a prime location. Cita and supermarkets are about a 5-minute walk away. Our holiday rental was newly renovated in 2022 to premium class, meeting the highest standards of the complex. It measures approximately 38 m² and is located on the 4th floor with lift access. Non-smoking; it is fully and comfortably furnished. Feel free to set up the small balcony table there—for example, to enjoy a cosy glass of wine while taking in the magnificent view of the beach, ocean, and mountains.
