Toller Wanderurlaub

Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnlage 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum. Vom Balkon Blick auf den Wank und auf die Alpspitze!

Appartement war gut, schön sauber. Leider keine Waschmaschine und eine Baustelle vor der Tür. Dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber vor allem in der ersten Woche viel Lärm ab halb acht morgens. Hätten wir gerne eine kurze Warnung gehabt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Das Haus Bella Bavaria liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und dennoch zentral in Garmisch. In wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichten wir alle wichtigen Orte, wie Supermärkte, Bäcker, Wanderwege, Bushaltestelle und auch die Fußgängerzone mit ihren zahlreichen Geschäften. Dazu sind noch die sehr guten öffentlichen Busverbindungen in Garmisch-Partenkirchen und bis nach Grainau zu erwähnen, mit denen wir manches Ausflugsziel sogar besser erreichten als mit dem PKW. Dadurch hatte auch unser Auto etwas vom Urlaub und blieb die meiste Zeit an der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Jedes Detail passt zueinander, wodurch wir uns tatsächlich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Der Kontakt mit Frau Trechsler war jederzeit freundlich und sie hatte stets ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen, auch wenn es manchmal „nur“ um mögliche Tages-Reiseziele ging. Ohne Ihre guten Insider-Tipps hätten wir den guten Kaiserschmarrn in der Werdenfelser Hütte nicht probiert und evtl. hätten wir auch nicht das wunderschöne Strandbad am Rießersee besucht. Leider war dieser Urlaub viel zu schnell zu Ende und wir haben Garmisch-Partenkirchen mit dem Wunsch verlassen noch einmal vorbeizuschauen.

Idyllische Lage,aber trotzdem zentral

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super.Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr freundlich.Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sehr dunkel aber sauber.Küche sehr klein.Für die Kaffeemaschine keine Steckdose direkt in der Nähe.Leider nur zwei Kochfelder und kleine Ablagefläche.Betten super bequem und gemütlich.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch herzlicher Empfang am Anreisetag durch Frau Trechsler. Insgesamt hat uns die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Lage war für uns perfekt: Ca. 5 Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone.
