Wunderschönes Haus, perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist großzügig, sehr engagiert und unterstützend, dennoch ist man in seinem ‚eigenen‘ Reich. Auch den Wellnessbereich outdoor und indoor haben wir sehr genossen. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen

Wir waren eine Woche in dem traumhaft schönen Haus von Familie Köpferl. Die Familie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut, es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Von täglich frischen Eiern , frischem Salat, tollen Tipps für Restaurants bis hin zum „Verdauerle“ einfach rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Durch die Sauna und den Hot Tub kann man selbst schlechtes Wetter ertragen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt für viele tolle Unternehmungen und Ausflüge. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in super Gegend

Unser Aufenthalt in Miesbach war sehr schön! Der Empfang war herzlich und sehr persönlich. Das Haus war für uns als vierköpfige Familie fast zu groß. Haus und Garten ermöglichen viele Betätigungen, wir haben von dort aus einige Radtouren direkt unternommen.

Above and Beyond a Rental

Wow. As impressive as the pictures and video are, the house is even more perfect in person. Spacious and impeccably clean is just the beginning; every detail for a seamless guest experience has been thought out, so much so that we immediately felt at home and could begin relaxing and enjoying our stay. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you would need to cook (we cooked every night for a family of 5), as well as all of the daily supplies you need for running a household (cleansers, detergents, paper-goods, etc). Very generous and convenient. Not to mention all the extra items so generously provided: coffee, farm-fresh eggs and milk, an arrival amenity, sweet surprises mid-week, firewood for the fireplace (which we enjoyed nightly), etc. Furnishings and finishes throughout the house are high quality. You get the sense Christoph and his family have traveled a lot and have brought the elevated guest experience into this home. The level of hospitality and made-to-feel-welcome is unlike any other rental we've ever stayed in, and we have traveled extensively. Did I mention the sauna room downstairs that is equipped like a spa? Tea service station, loungers, bathrobes, slippers, included? They really have thought of every detail, it is like being at home in a luxury hotel. Our 10-year old son was especially in love with the cows on the farm, and Georg and his wife allowed him to work alongside them, tending to the cows and the fields. Really such wonderful and open people, they are gracious hosts indeed. They made him feel incredibly special on his birthday, we were overwhelmed with their thoughtfulness. The location of the house was perfect for us to get into Munich or to the nearby lakes, Schliersee and Tegernsee. It's also right near grocery stores (or restaurants in the village should you choose). We would absolutely recommend this property and we would not hesitate to stay here again ourselves. Einfach nur traumhaft. Rundum nette Menschen um einen herum

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich erste Sahne. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann machen und tun was man möchte. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten zu 100 % überein. Bei den Vermietern können wir uns nur recht herzlich bedanken. Es war wirklich alles vom feinsten.

Sehr schoene Ferien

Das Haus ist super! An alles wurde gedacht - alles was man irgendwie brauchen koennte ist vorhanden. Familie Koepferl als Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und geben einem jederzeit das Gefuehl sehr willkommen zu sein. Immer wieder wurden wir mit frischen Eiern, Milch und Kuchen versorgt. Ein besseres Ferienhaus fuer einen entspannten Urlaub kann man sich nicht vorstellen.

What a gem!

We stayed in Miesbach for one week, total of 8 people on a business trip. The location makes it very special, lost in the green land but conveniently located close to the highway, 30 mins away from downtown Munich. Christoph’s house is a true gem, everything about the house is modern and functional. The design and the layout of the house is unbelievable. We got spoiled with fresh eggs and milk served to our door step every morning. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone, ideal for families and big groups. Thank you. Francesca

Bucolic Bavarian Alp home

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our family has enjoyed VRBO homes on our vacations for the past 20 years. This is the finest home we have ever rented. The home is three years old and features everything you would want. Christoph, the owner, designed the home and it is clearly a labor of love. He has thought of every detail. The house sits in the center of the family farm, which is lovely with dairy cows and chickens. Christoph provided eggs and milk, fresh from the family farm. The home is in a great location in the Bavarian Alps and close to Munich for day trips. My teenage kids loved this home. Miesbach is a charming village with great restaurants and markets. Make sure to stop at the local strawberry stand. I strongly recommend this property if you want the best in the Bavarian Alps.

Fantastic luxury home to relax and unwind! Very special. Great location and fantastic hosts! Perfect for everyone - families or couples. This house is the perfect place to stay and experience the true delight of this idyllic and picturesque region. We were thoroughly impressed by the holiday home of the Köpferl family. We were warmly welcomed and shown around- Christoph was always very attentive and helpful in every way. The holiday home is located directly on the family-owned farm. Upon request fresh milk and eggs delivered directly to your front door from the farm daily. Fresh cakes which were delicious were a very thoughtful touch also, there were so many little extras which added to our fantastic experience in this wonderful house. It is a very warm and welcoming home-perfect in every way. All rooms are well equipped - everything you can think of is available, exceptional attention to detail- decor throughout the house is of a very high quality and very tastefully put together. Beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The high quality kitchen makes cooking a home cooked meal a very enjoyable experience , everything that you require for cooking is readily available. Jura coffee machine the perfect way to start your day! Some of the highlights in the house also include a dining-living area with a very nice fireplace, extremely beautiful bathrooms, sauna and spa area, hot tub in the garden,barbecue area and finally a great terrace overlooking the forest. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday! The area is just fantastic. Miesbach is a great area centrally located to visit Tegernsee, Chiemsee, Munich, Innsbruck or Salzburg. Nearby there are many opportunities for hiking,swimming, cycling or strolling around shops. Restaurants, beer gardens and coffee shops within a short drive. Great organic market close by also.... Everything is very close and this is a great base to experience all this area has to offer. We would like to give a special mention, to the Klöpferl family who really made our stay a wonderful experience and made it a very special holiday! They were fantastic hosts and truly went above and beyond and it was really great to be a guest on their farm and in their house. We had a great stay, thank you. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this holiday home. Look forward to coming back!

Wunderbare zeit

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist klasse, das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Liebevolle Details lassen einen wie Zuhause fühlen. Christoph ist ein toller Gastgeber und ließ es uns an nichts fehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus!

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, sehr exklusiv ausgestattet. Selten so eine saubere Unterkunft gesehen, in der es einfach an nichts fehlt (z.B. Handy Ladekabel, wunderschöne Deko-Elemente im ganzen Haus, riesige Gewürzauswahl...). Die Highlights sind ohne Frage der Wellnessbereich im Keller, der heiße Zuber im Garten und der freundliche Vermieter.

Es war einfach nur wunderbar! Ein wunderschönes Haus, gemütlich, komfortabel, viele nette Aufmerksamkeiten, alles sehr, sehr großzügig! Und eine ganz tolle, herzliche Gastgeberfamilie. Trotz des nicht so tollen Wetters haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen; es gibt viele schöne Ziele, die man in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann.

Traumhaft-Luxus trifft Landwirtschaft

Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub! Wir waren mit unserer 1jährigen Tochter da und es einfach nur toll. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum (es ist einfach alles vorhanden) und die Familie ist herzlich und gastfreundlich. So das wir bei unserer Abreise, gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben!

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig im Grünen und perfekt zu zahlreichen Ausflugszielen! Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant! Die Küchenausstattung lässt neben jeder gewünschten Hardware und unzähliger Gewürze, Öle sowie anderer Küchenutensilien keine Wünsche offen! Das Highlight ist wohl neben der Sauna der Hot Tube im Garten! Die ganzen Tage über haben wir uns hier alle sehr wohl gefühlt und am liebsten wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben - wir kommen sicher wieder und genießen die Herzlichkeit der Familie Köpferl und das unbeschreiblich schöne Ferienhaus!

Traumhafte Auszeit in zauberhafter Atmosphäre

Wir haben unsere kleine Auszeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Der Hot Tub hat die Tage wohltuend ausklingen lassen. Die Ausstattung übertrifft jede Erwartung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

sehr schöne Ferien

Wir haben spontan unseren Urlaub gebucht, und sind nur durch Zufall auf dieses wirklich durch Luxus herausstechende Ferienhaus getroffen. Wir haben bereits vor einigen Jahren den Tegernsee bereist und sind von der Gegend sehr angetan. Miesbach war uns vorher eher unbekannt, es diente uns jetzt jedoch als idealer Augangspunkt um die Schliersseer und Tegrnesseer Gegend erneut zu erkunden. Zum Ferienhaus selbst wurde schon einiges geschrieben, auch wir können dies nur bestätigen. Die Einrichtung im gesamten Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Es ist unser dritter Urlaub in Ferienhäusern aber diese Unterkunft war einzigartig. Ein Highlight das wir erwähnen möchten war der Zuber im Garten, trotz Minus Temperaturen haben wir dort bei 40 Grad Wassertemeperatur bis Tief in die Nacht enstpannte Stunden verbracht. Zum Schluss möchten wir noch erwähnen das wir nicht explizit nach einem Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof gesucht haben, selbst würde ich unseren Urlaub auch nicht als einen solchen bezeichnen. Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei der Familie Köpferl bedanken die uns den Urlaub stets offen und herzlich gegenüberstanden. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen dank
