Looking to getaway with your favorite people on the lake? Jackson Hollow Cottage is a private lakefront retreat nestled among the Tullahoma hills on a rare open 1.5 acre LEVEL lot. Sip your morning coffee while enjoying lake views from the extra large covered front porch (JUST newly completed). The expansive flat yard gives you plenty of room to play in and out of the water. Three bedrooms plus a bonus room can accommodate up to 10 guests. For days on the water, boat rentals, ramps and waterfront restaurants are very close by. Holiday Landing Marina and Blue Gill Grill are just 5 min away by boat or car. Tim's Ford Marina and and Amigo's by the Dock Restaurant are just 9 min away. Boats can be tied to the mature trees at our shore. Four kayaks and two paddleboards are available to help you explore. Try the rope swings in our cove as well as well as our corn hole, volleyball/badmitton, family friendly axe throwing, water toys (skis, tube, Zup board, Lily pad, fishing rods and more. Make lasting memories together barbecuing or roasting smores around the fire pit or under the shaded pergola by the lake. Inside there are options for rainy day play including smart TVs, wireless internet, board games, darts, ping pong and more. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this enchanting space provides a welcoming atmosphere for your getaway. For groceries, Dollar General is just 8 min away. Food Lion is 16 min away. Craving Starbucks or Panera? They're nearby too. All the life giving natural surroundings with modern conveniences nearby.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Adjust thermostat to 77 degrees before leaving.

Place all paddleboards and kayaks (upside down) on kayak stand. Hang life jackets up to dry.

If dry, bring pergola dining chair cushions to the garage. If wet, stand upright on covered front porch so water can drain out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parties and loud music are not allowed. Keep noise levels low at all times. Exterior cameras must not be tampered with in any way.

The person booking the property must also be staying at the property for the duration of the booking and will be responsible for guests' actions.

This was a wonderful place for our family trip. The host was easy to communicate with and checking in and out was very easy. Beautiful location and very clean and well stocked place to stay and play awhile. Would definitely return.

Why they chose this property

Jackson Hollow Cottage has year round lake views and is on a cove with only one other house! The home is convenient to town and marinas but feels very private. You're surrounded by hills and trees and, of course, the water!

What makes this property unique

The large flat front yard! Lots of room to play in and out of the water. The private setting - you can't see another house from the home's front porch. Most lake homes have skinny lots, big slopes and lots of steps to reach the water. Not here!
