Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet. Lage zentral. Viel befahrene Straße an der Schlafzimmerseite, daher laut und Notwendigkeit, Fenster zu schließen. Trotzdem unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Lage super FeWo gibt es einige Verbesserungen die nötig wären Meine 82 jährige Schwiegermutter ist mit dem Bett zusammen gebrochen da die leisten für Lattenrost defekt waren zum Glück wurde sie nur leicht verletzt Desweiteren wäre es gut das im Bad zur Erstausstattung eine Rolle Toilettenpapier gehören würde Die Betreuung im Büro der WSV war aber sehr freundlich

Schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gut geeignet für Familien mit 3-4 Personen. Vor allem die Wohnküche mit dem großen Sofa ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung ist super. In der Küche sind jegliche Utensilien vorhanden, die man sich vorstellen kann. Toll, dass auch ein paar Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Mehl und viele Kerzen vorhanden waren. Die Nachmittagssonne im Strandkorb im kleinen Vorgarten genießen zu können, ist herrlich und die Sauna im Keller auch angenehm. Bis zum Strand und allen möglichen Supermärkten und Geschäften läuft man nur wenige Minuten und vom Schmachter See hinter dem Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Jasmunder Straße, zu der beide Schlafzimmer rausgehen, stark befahren ist. Nachts und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ruhig.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, leider mit ein paar kleineren Defekten. Unglücklich ist, dass die Schlafzimmer zur viel befahrenen Hauptstraße hin liegen und man somit nicht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen kann. Außerdem gab es nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, was bei mehreren Erwachsenen nicht geht.
