BLUE HAVEN VILLA is a beautiful end unit townhouse that is located in an area of Selbyville that is considered WEST FENWICK due to its close proximity to the beaches. It is just 3 miles from the beautiful quiet beach of Fenwick Island and the Freeman Stage Arts Pavilion, or a short drive to the bustle of Ocean City beaches or Sports at the Beach baseball!
Enjoy the included full use of the exclusive luxury waterfront community that offers a beautiful community clubhouse with a library, large bay-front resort style pool with 2 shallow kiddie zones/umbrellas/lounge chairs, private sandy bay beach and state-of-the art fitness center that overlooks the beautiful bay, outside tiki bar, large community fire pit area, marina and kayak launch. No need to drive your car to the community pool and clubhouse, it’s just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the townhouse!
The light-filled end unit townhouse is an open concept floor plan with a blue coastal design. It can sleep up to 10, with 3-doored bedrooms and a large loft area with a queen pullout. First floor has a half bath, large living room with a sectional and flat screen tv, workspace desk, dining area with a table, breakfast bar, kitchen island and pantry. The large downstairs master bedroom has an adjoining en-suite bathroom. A modern kitchen has stainless steel wall ovens, dishwasher, cooktop, and large refrigerator with ice maker. You have full use of the garage for storage of all your beach vacation necessities. The tranquil screened porch overlooks a peaceful wooded view and a propane grill is provided for grilling.
Upstairs you will find a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and another workspace desk area. There is also a large open loft with a queen pullout couch and a privacy screen available for use. Two other large bedrooms round out the second floor, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds and twin over twin bunk beds.

* PET RULES: One pet/dog is welcome with a prior approval and prepaid pet fee. Please note guests must disclose their dog's breed and weight PRIOR TO BOOKING, ALONG WITH A PHOTO OF YOUR PET - please send in a message. We maintain a strict policy excluding aggressive/restricted breeds (such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc) due to local safety limitations. Unapproved dogs will result in an immediate cancellation and eviction of the reservation without a refund.
The refundable damage deposit will be used to cover any pet-inflicted damage, deep cleaning fees for accidents, or violations of the pet rules.
