The holiday rental is part of a well-maintained building complex with 16 apartments. The living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen are located on the 2 1/2 floor. The converted attic features a second bedroom and an additional bathroom.
Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you’ll find a bright and welcoming apartment waiting for you in the evening after a day at the beach. You can wind down the day on the balcony.
The holiday rental is located between the town centers of Timmendorfer and Niendorf. In just about an 8-minute walk, you can reach the beach or the beautiful countryside with Lake Hemmelsdorf. By bike, you can ride along the Brodten Steep Bank all the way to Travemünde, for example. Shopping options with parking (including ALDI and Famila) are located in the centre of Timmendorfer, about a 5-minute drive away.
