These spacious holiday homes are located about one kilometre from the beach and are surrounded by gardens, small woods, and fruit trees. They are ideal for people seeking peace and relaxation who want to enjoy nature. Pets are also welcome at Haus “Landgang.”<br><br>Haus Landgang<br>The red-brick house, built in 1910, was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a total of 100 square metres of living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden. The spacious living and dining area features a table that seats six. A cosy leather sofa set offers plenty of space to relax with a book or while watching TV.<br><br>Both bedrooms feature oak parquet flooring. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). An additional bed can be provided here upon request. The smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together.<br><br>The bright bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and underfloor heating, is finished with white marble and river pebbles.<br><br>The modern wall-mounted heating system in all rooms provides pleasant warmth and is particularly suitable for people with allergies.<br><br>The garden offers cosy spots in the hammock or on the small bench under the large weeping willow. Garden furniture and two lounge chairs provide space for dining and relaxing outdoors. In the open-concept living area, light-colored clay plaster and ash wood flooring create a pleasant indoor atmosphere. A large dining table seats ten people. In the cosy seating area, you can relax wonderfully while reading a book or watching TV. A foosball table in the living area invites you to a friendly game.<br><br>The kitchen, equipped with a large gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, is very well-appointed. The two bedrooms open off the living area and each feature a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, 2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). The bright and spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and towel warmer, is decorated with white marble and river pebbles.<br><br>The living area opens onto the terrace, which features a fire pit and grill. The view stretches across the large garden all the way to the horizon. There is plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, relaxing, and barbecuing (approx. 2,000 sqm). Garden furniture and two lounge chairs provide space for dining and relaxing outdoors.<br><br>Special features: Haus Seegang can also be rented together with the adjacent Haus Landgang, accommodating 8–9 people in total (holiday rental 5314549). The large property is only partially fenced. The house is a summer home and is only available for rent from May through September. It does not have central heating. Infrared heaters are available for cool evenings. The house is powered by Greenpeace green electricity.
