Viel besser geht nicht! Unser Aufenthalt war super. Perfekte Lage. Top Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Hauptstrand mit Restaurants etc. alles zu Fuß erreichbar (kleiner Spaziergang entlang der Küste). Sehr nette Vermieter Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

belle vue, prestations minimums

belle vue de la terrasse sur la mer mais le train passe derrière, au niveau de la chambre, de 6h à 23h environ 3 fois par jour et cela s'entend de la terrasse aussi!! La chambre donne sur l'entrée donc on entend tous les passages des autres vacanciers, la porte de la salle de bains/wc ne ferme pas,donc pas d'intimité, pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse (cassé, problème connu mais non réparé comme pour la porte), le lit pour 2 est fait de 2 lits d'une personne collés (donc vos draps ne suffiront pas), côté vaisselle juste le minimum. La propriétaire est souriante, (nécessité de parler anglais, sinon allemand) ,nous offre une bouteille de vin, mais nous restons malgré tout un peu déçus sur l'ensemble des prestations.

belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse, mais un train passe 3 fois par heure, de 6h à 23h, nous aurions aimé le savoir, car la voie de chemin de fer donne sur la chambre et on l'entend même de la terrasse!! la porte de la salle de bains/wc ne ferme pas, donc pas d'intimité, pas de lumière sur la terrasse, elle aussi cassée (ces soucis sont connus mais non réparés), pour la vaisselle juste de minimum, et le lit pour deux personnes est en fait deux lits d'une personne, donc vos draps n'iront pas. La propriétaire est souriante, offre une bouteille de vin, il est nécessaire de parler anglais ou allemand pour s'exprimer. Attention, les photos sur le site sont celles de deux appartements différents. En fait, la chambre donne sur le palier d'autres appartements, donc c'est bruyant le jour (train dès 6 heures), le soir si des voisins vont et viennent. Nous sommes un peu déçus sur les prestations totales, nous avons apprécié la vue sur la mer, et la location est propre. Dommage, peu de conseils sur les environs ou les choses à faire, et Miami Platja est peu attirante, il faut une voiture pour aller visiter ailleurs.

Very good

We spent a nice and quiet week in this seaview appartment, far from stressful everyday life. Beach is in two steps from the house. Walking distance to restaurants, small grocery. Sun, sea, all to be happy. We hope to come back there again.

Wunderschöne beruhigende Aussicht

Man würde bei der Ankunft (22Uhr) sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Küchenutensilien funktionstüchtig. Für uns waren die Einrichtung und die Fliesen total gemütlich und häuslich. Was diese Einrichtung zur Klasse verschafft ist die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Man hat sogar zwei davon, wenn man zwei Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung hat. Von einem hat man perfekte Aussicht auf das Meer und Salou und man kann sogar einen kleinen Teil des Strandes an der Bucht erkennen. Das Meer quasi vor der Haustür liegt ca. 30m und ein paar Treppenstufen entfernt. Der Sand ist fein und sehr sauber. Auch befindet sich eine kleine Hütte in der man frisches Essen bekommen kann. Die Menschen, die den Strand besuchen sind vorwiegend einheimische und die Bewohner des Casa Blanca sowie Mar y Sol. Die Einheimiachen sind sehr nett und angenehm und das Klientel am Strand höflich und zivilisiert. Es gibt paar Meter entfernt einige Strandbuchten, sodass man garantiert für sich den besten Platz finden wird. Nach dem Strandbesuch muss man den Sand nicht mit in die Wohnung tragen, denn vor dem Hauseingang befinden sich Freiluftduschen an denrn man sich den Sand abwaschen kann. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind super zu Fuss zu erreichen und die Lebensmittel sind was Obst und Gemüse betrifft deutlich günstiger als in Deutschland und von hervorragender Qualität. Das einzige was als Manko erscheinen könnte ist die Sbahn (Renfe) die in 25 Meter Entfernung vorbei fährt. Sie ist schon recht laut aber Nachts fährt sie nicht. Auch gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. Man ist ohnehin am Strand und am Spazieren daher hört man sie vielleicht morgens und Abends von der Wohnung. Das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr sicheren Eindruck und wir haben uns nie Gedanken machen müssen, ob unsere Wertgegenstände in Sicherheit sind. Es gab auch einen Safe mit Tastenkombination. Die Gegend erschien uns als sehr sehr sicher! Morgens und Abends haben wir auf dem Balkon gegessen und hatten dabei einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Sogar bei Geaundheitsproblemen wird geholfen. Unweit vom Haus gibt es ein deutsches Ärztehaus, dessen Telefon und Adresse in der Mappe der Wohnung verzeichnet ist. Alles un allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns! Wir könnten beobachten, dass es sehr Familienfreundlich!
