We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were a little unsure what to expect since we've never rented a home that didn't have reviews, but we were beyond pleased with our choice. We were also informed that we were the first renters, which makes sense as to why there were no reviews. That said, the house for our family of 6 (my husband, myself and our 4 pre-teen/teen kids) was perfect!! It was extremely clean, fully updated, cutely decorated, comfortable, and you can't beat the location! We rode our bikes to the beach every day, which was super convenient whenever someone needed to go back. It's also close enough to walk, too. The house literally has everything...all you need is food. Out of all the houses we've rented before, this one by far was the most stocked. The garage has everything you need for the beach as well...large cooler, sturdy beach cart, plenty of chairs (the backpack type so your hands are free), 3 bikes, toys, umbrella. My husband had to work a little during the trip and had no issues with the Wifi. The washer and dryer in the basement allowed us to only pack for half the week. The host was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay (we loved our vacation so much that we extended it another 2 days). We were very happy with everything and can't recommend this home enough!
