We love our four-legged guests! Our home is pet-friendly.

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee. Advance notice of the number of pets and their weight is required.



★ PARKING:

There is ample parking available inside the property for up to 4 cars, providing convenient and easy access throughout your stay. Please note that the parking is located inside a gate that must be opened manually



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the backyard for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

GUEST COUNT:

Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.



Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
