The Space:

Metropolitan Place is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse in a restored 1940s factory in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This refined home blends industrial character with modern comfort, ideal for families, business travelers, and extended stays. High ceilings and exposed timber beams define the space, while large windows bring in natural light throughout the day. The open living and dining area offers a comfortable layout for relaxing or gathering, paired with warm wood flooring and clean finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, custom cabinetry, and sleek countertops, designed for both everyday use and casual entertaining.



The primary bedroom features an en-suite bath with a deep soaking tub and modern finishes, while the second bedroom provides a comfortable and private setting for guests. Both bathrooms follow a clean, minimalist aesthetic. A private terrace offers a quiet outdoor escape for fresh air or unwinding. The workstation setup includes two screens, providing a convenient and comfortable space for remote work. Building amenities include a rooftop deck with BBQ stations, fitness center, doorman, and secure entry.

To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, this home sits in a vibrant yet residential pocket just minutes from the waterfront. You’re surrounded by popular spots like Lilia, Sunday in Brooklyn, Devoción, and Win Son Bakery, along with boutique shops and local markets. The L train is nearby for quick access to Manhattan, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the neighborhood’s energy.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

The twin daybed in the second bedroom converts to a full, accommodating up to 4 guests.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application, with total associated fees of $820 (inclusive of a credit check fee).



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
