We warmly welcome you to our 2.5-room Strand-Residenz holiday rental at “Strandvilla Schützenstraße 4” in Westerland. The holiday apartment, measuring approximately 69 square metres, spans two levels (ground floor and basement) and features a terrace.

The bright ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2–3 people and features a separate kitchen with a dining table for 4, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. From the hallway, you can access the shower room and, down to the basement, the bedroom with a flat-screen TV and built-in closets. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. From the living room, you have access to the sunny terrace, where a beach chair, as well as a table and chairs, are provided for your use.

The basement of the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The sauna located there is available for shared use. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
