The Cottage on the Hill was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway to Door County! The home was spacious, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. It’s just a quick drive down the road to shops, restaurants & the water, there were games & puzzles for our kids to play, and the communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely come back in the future!

We felt like the first guests in a very clean house. We had a great time. The listing is accurate: Centrally located on a quiet road close to town. Comfortable beds. Although we mostly ate out, there is plenty of kitchenware of every kind to cook anything.

This place was fantastic! It’s conveniently located close to just about everything, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed very active and were away most of the day, so it was wonderful to come back each evening to a clean, comfortable home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a relaxing space to unwind.The outdoor area was beautiful, private, and peaceful. We even saw quite a bit of wildlife, which made it feel even more special. The grill was a nice bonus as well.Although we didn’t end up cooking many meals, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed, including plenty of appliances, cookware, and utensils.We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
