Pros: De communicatie met verhuurder ging vlot middels e-mail. De contant persoon in Altea is ook prima te bereiken middels telefoon. Hierdoor duidelijk waar we heen moesten. Wij waren met eigen auto en die kan je prima parkeren in n overdekte garage maar zorg dat je auto niet te groot is. Het app was netjes en schoon bij oplevering. Na de rondleiding genoten van het uitzicht. We kunnen geen minpunten bedenken ondanks t slechte weer,wij hebben ons prima kunnen vermaken , juist ook omdat we n auto bij ons hadden. btw , het ov is prima en in de buurt , net als de winkels,restaurants en de boulevard. t enige minpunt dat we hadden was dat we niet ene keer iemand gezien hebben voor het schoonmaken vh zwembad. Dit hebben we aangegeven bij n medebewoner en die zou meteen n meeltje sturen om t op te lossen maar helaas hebben we niemand gezien. Verder niets mis. U kunt hier een prima vakantie houden maar mocht u van zandstrand houden zult u n kwartiertje moeten rijden. Bij deze de eigenaar bedankt voor t verhuren van zijn app tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs.
