Welcome to SOLAYA Seaview Pool Villa Samui, a private luxury retreat nestled on the lush hillsides of Koh Samui, where breathtaking sea views, tropical landscapes, and modern comfort come together to create the perfect island getaway.
Designed for families, couples, and groups seeking privacy and relaxation, this elegant villa features 3 spacious bedrooms plus 1 additional sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.
• Electricity Charges: Electricity is charged based on consumption at a rate of 8 THB per kWh.
• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
