Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Groups: Adult Groups MUST have advanced written approval from the host. Please message host to inquire about approval for your group.
Fireplace: The Fireplace is NOT operational and not available for guest use. Due to insurance and safety concerns use of fireplace is forbidden.

The property was very clean, comfortable and a lot of natural light. Excellent location right by the beach and we were able to go to all of our favorite spots in dewey. enjoyed our weekend

My family has enjoyed Dewey Beach for over 20 years. Park your car and walk to all the restaurants and attractions or take the Jolly Trolley to nearby Rehoboth Beach. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 AM and after 5:30 PM.

Beautiful bay views and just over a block to get to the ocean. Situated on a quiet street but just a couple blocks from all the Dewey hotspots.
